MY JOURNEY
From Cancer-Chemo Complications
to Holistic Healing

Hi, I’m a cancer survivor of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. I was diagnosed in 2023 at the age of 29, and it was one of the most difficult chapters of my life. I went through chemotherapy and completed 5 cycles, but I experienced complications along the way so that I couldn't complete the 6 cycle.
It was not an easy journey—I faced extreme weakness, significant weight loss to 38 kgs, long periods of uncertainty, and a fever that lasted around two months. My body also went through complications, and at one point I became very weak and needed a wheelchair for a period of time.
During this journey, I went through a very challenging physical and emotional period while exploring different forms of supportive care and personal healing approaches.
Through this experience, I created Faith to Heal as a space to share my journey, spread awareness and connect with others who are in the same journey or need motivation for their loved ones.
This is not medical advice or treatment, but a personal sharing space based on lived experience.

What Supported Me
Faith
Faith gave me strength during my most difficult moments. It helped me to stay grounded, find hope, and keep going even things felt uncertain.
Nutrition
I became more mindful of what I was eating and how it made me feel. For me, nourishment was not just physical, but also supporting my overall well-being.
Movement
Gentle movement, even in small ways, helped me reconnect with my body over time. I listened to what my body vould handle each other.
Daily Routine
Creating simple daily routine gave me a sense of structure and stability during very uncertain time. It helped me take things one step at time.
